Helping Married Mothers eliminate the guilt of meeting their needs by teaching them the ART of self-prioritization, without sacrificing themselves or their families, so that they can THRIVE as THE REJUVENATED MOTHERS they are.

- Often find yourself saying "Yes" to everybody and "No" to yourself?
- Have moments where you feel a sense of loss or disconnect from your personal dreams and goals?
- Feel like you have everything in your life to be happy, but feel like something is missing?
- Look in the mirror and ask yourself, "Who have I become?"
- Have a voice in your head that constantly keeps you questioning you?
- Feel like you are bullying yourself?
- Feel like you're stuck and unmotivated?

If you answered YES to at least one of these questions:

I've said "Yes" to every one of these things at one point in my life.

I was no stranger to being a "Yes, woMAN," always putting the needs of others above my own. Never taking the time I needed to cater to me, recuperate. Every penny I earned went to make sure everyone around me was happy, healthy, and thriving.

I was also no stranger to the feeling of loss and disconnect, I was my worst critic, always bullying myself. At one point, it was a struggle to even find something nice to say about myself. In spite of all the things I'd accomplished, all the certificates, awards, etc; I was never good enough for me.

But eventually, I was able to look in the mirror and answer the question of "Who have I become," with certainty. Through letting go of the guilt of wanting to finally do something for myself, I'd become the woman I always wanted to be. One with peace of mind, striving to achieve my dreams and showing my family along the way that "I love you, but I also love me."

After coming out on the other side of confusion and self-sacrifice, the feelings I'd experienced deserved to be shared and felt by every woman around me. And so it became my desire to help empower other women to break the cycle knowing they have what they need in life to be happy, but feeling like something was missing. This led me on a path of becoming a Self-Love Coach and The Rejuvenated Mother, helping other mothers to ILLUMINATE through Reclamation of Self After Commitment!

What others are saying...

Hey there! I'm SO glad you found me!

I'm Tracie. I help driven, soul-centered people like you regain confidence, energy and live a vibrant life.

I didn't arrive here easily, though.

For years, I felt helpless inside of myself and my marriage....

Even as I was learning how to rediscover myself and break negative habits of tearing myself down, I was still struggling daily. But I was determined to not give up because giving up on myself meant that I was giving up on my family. I knew that I wasn't about to give up on them, so I couldn't give on myself. My personal belief is that all mothers deserve to live, love, and be free through learning to love themselves self'ishly and without guilt. Once I learned that I could love myself and my family, not compromising my wellbeing, there was no stopping me from flourishing.
